What's included?

  • A dedicated account manager. You will have their email and direct phone number.
  • A migration expert will be assigned to your account. They are responsible for executing your migration and will work closely with you and your account manager.
  • Project management. We like to stay organized, so you will collaborate with us on a proper schedule and plan so we all have the most up to date information at any moment.
  • Start to finish migration management.


  • Barring an additional Service Level Agreement, Mover is available to you 9am-4pm MT Monday to Friday, excluding statutory Canadian holidays.
  • Typical project support wraps up one month past final sign off.


  • Security is paramount at Mover.
  • All Mover staff operate on a need-to-know basis.
  • Only your account manager and migration expert will have access to your information.
  • All Mover staff have background checks and regular security training.
